Delicious 4oz bag of
Tavern Brawl
$15.00
Tavern Brawl is the perfect tea for your stay at your local watering hole. This tea is delicious and when mixed with some condensed milk can be a hot chocolate replacement as well as tea. Our kids love the flavour and has allowed us to introduce them to more teas. The coconut is subtle enough that a coconut disliker will still enjoy it while it provides (in combination with the vanilla) that subtle wood flavour that really makes you feel like you’re in a tavern or maybe even a cozy library.

The Tavern
Located in Crowthorne (Kingdom of Grabisco) and run by Oomaldyn
Description
The Bloody Bones Inn is a single story stone-walled building that has a large wooden sign hanging above the entrance. The sign is painted with a white street scene with an inset picture of a hand, holding a bloody sword and with bones around it. Accommodations consist of a single circular room with two large, square windows, and a small curtained off bed in the corner. When a weary traveler first walks in, they usually notice the sign frame – it is a large, wooden frame, and a few paintings hang on it, and the rest have rope tied around them, as if they were once hung but have since been removed. The main bar is made out of wood and has a smooth surface made of marble.

Bought a bag at my local convention over the weekend and immediately fell in love with it. The cocoa and black tea just fit with the tavern atmosphere, and when mixed with cream and sugar (or condensed milk as it suggests) it tastes even better! I can’t wait to try the other teas on here, and I shall brew them for my friends during our campaigns.

Easily the best of the box, Tavern Brawl is a perfect way to “Wean yourself off of” (or onto) coffee. D&D or no D&D, Tavern Brawl is a perfect comfort drink with a splash of caffeine. Sweet and brown, chocolately and hearty. If they ever make it in Decaf, you’ll never see me without a mug of it.

This tea is so tasty and comforting! I drank it with a little condensed milk as suggested, only down side is that it tasted so good I drank it too quickly. It smells amazing too! I bought it this weekend at Megacon, the vendors were so nice and friendly!

I got this during the Kickstarter, and it is amazing! I’m back to buy another bag.

I got this flavor in our Kickstarter rewards. Well, actually they messed up and missed on flavor and sent me two of this. Which they were totally awesome about getting straighten very quickly and sent me the missed bag very right away! It was very fortunate that they blessed me with an extra bag of this tea because it is heavenly and my all time favorite now. It has all the flavors you might find in a stout at a tavern. While not completely the same, it is my usually go to when the rest of my friends are wanting a pint at the D&D table now that I can’t drink alcohol anymore.

I saw these awesome folks at a Con and just had to try their tea. I’m a coffee-holic who figured all tea tasted the same except for some different aftertastes here and there. These guys proved me wrong especially with Tavern Brawler, which tasted a lot like chocolate-covered coconuts. An incredibly simple, delicious tea and perfect for anyone not sure where to start with the awesome line of teas.

This is my favorite tea!! I thought it sounded good when I ordered it, but it has passed my expectations. I have been impressed with all the teas I have ordered from D&Tea

If a mounds candy bar wanted to go to school to grow up and be a tea blend this is what it would taste like. The coconut and chocolate are subtle and balanced. The flavors go together and neither the tea or the chocolate overpower each other. It also smells amazing and made my kids jealous.

This may be my favorite tea… and I drink a lot of tea! The flavors are incredible, especially when mixed with a little vanilla syrup and milk. I don’t even like coconut, but somehow this tea has risen to the top of my must-drink list and we can’t keep enough of it in our house.

I’d been looking for a chocolate black tea for over a year, so glad I found this! The levels of flavor are a little strange at first, but add just a little bit of sugar and milk and this tea can absolutely replace hot cocoa. It has a lovely coffee-shop aroma as well. It’s a very cozy and delightful drink!

Got my first bag from a fellow reviewer here, and I never thought a tea could ever stand up on it’s own to any lattes or mochas that I make. Well, I’m pleased to admit I was WRONG. This tea is so good, I just noticed I had steeped the last of it half an hour ago, came on here, bought 4 bags of tea, and am leaving this review. The taste is chocolatey as others mentioned and lightly sweet but it doesn’t weigh so heavily as a similar tasting drink would. I add some almond milk to the tea after it’s steeped a while to really bring out the coconut undertones and make it a touch more full-bodied. 1 cup of this stuff and not only can I grapple 2 creatures afterward, but I can also plunge headfirst into whatever adventure the day brings thereafter.

Got this tea at a con a while back and have to restock before I run out of my new FAVORITE TEA EVER. I could not have dreamed up a more perfect flavor profile. I take mine with vanilla oat milk and a dark honey.

This is a very dark and hearty tea, perfect for a coffee lover and makes an amazing almond-milk tea latte. The coconut and cocoa is a perfect blend for a strong morning wake up. Much better hot than iced in my opinion.

Bought a Bag at RTX 2022. It’s incredible, the aroma alone sold me on it. cocoa, vanilla, and the hint of coconut mixed into the black tea tastes delicious

This tea is amazing! Its so cozy and the description fit this so well…I literally feel like I’m sitting in front of a fire with my blanket every time I drink this. Thank you!

My dad got me this at a convention and I love it!! I’ll definitely need to try your other teas! Also I like the descriptions it gives me good vibes.

When i first smelled this tea, I thought it was pleasant. Whats not to like its chocolate tea. Upon brewing my first cup I found the smoky chocolate taste to be delicious and I’ve tried with and without milk or cream. I love it either way. this is my treat after a long day.

I bought this tea based off of the chocolate and coconut flavors in the description. Upon opening the bag it smelled like a sour citrus that turned in the back of my mouth. I brewed a cup and added a teaspoon of the suggested condensed milk, the smell never improved which worried me but I hoped the smell was deceiving. It wasn’t. This tea is a sour citrus black tea, great if that’s the flavor you are looking for but I was disappointed that I couldn’t taste any chocolate in it. I’m hoping maybe the two teaspoons of the tea I used just didn’t have any of the chocolate in it?

This tea is AMAZING! I haven’t tried it with condensed milk, but with cream it’s heavenly. All of the dark teas are great, but this is my favorite by far.
